Jesus the Second, rallies his saints and apostles to save Los Angeles from the forces of hell that are erupting throughout the holy city of Angeles from the Third Street Promenade to MacArthur Park from the High end art world to the strip club. Jesus, John and Tonto, battle with the un-holy spirits called to confront all that is good in Los Angeles.

Learning of a big shipment of illegal drugs entering the country, they continue to take matters into their own hands, when one of the most sadistic drug cartels begins an invasion of the U.S. in the haunted Apache South West. They also stop an increased number of illegal aliens being used as a ruse on the night of the big shipment. These two maniacs are arrested and incarcerated after causing an international incident of mayhem on the border.
